Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial and accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Record and reconcile daily transactions and bank statements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Monitor expenses, payments, collections, and outstanding amounts.
Assist with cash flow management and financial planning.
Perform ledger maintenance and account reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.




Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly.
Support the Finance Manager/Accounts team with other finance-related activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts is preferred.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
