Business Development Executive – Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and motivated Tele Caller & Lead Generation to join our team. The role involves cold calling, engaging with potential clients, and actively generating leads through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.

● Introduce company services and build initial interest.

● Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.

● Maintain accurate call records and updates.

● Follow up with prospects when required.

● Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for conversions.

● Maintain professional, positive, and customer-friendly communication.

Requirements

● 3–6 months of experience in calling / telecalling / lead generation.

● Robust verbal communication and persuasion skills.

● Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly approach.

● Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

● Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 per month
