ADMISSIONS COUNSELLOR - CANADA

Night Shift (HYBRID)

AYS Immigration Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Admissions Counsellor to join our Patiala office.

This is a night-shift position in India. The successful candidate will work closely with our Canada office during Canadian business hours and will be responsible for handling Canadian student admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Counsel students regarding Canadian colleges, universities, programs and admission requirements
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable programs and institutions
Manage the complete admission process from initial counselling to application submission and offer letter
Submit and manage applications through college and university admission portals
Follow up regarding applications, offer letters, deferrals and admission decisions
Maintain accurate student records and application updates
Communicate professionally with students and educational institutions
Coordinate directly with our Canada office
Ensure applications and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS




Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Canadian admissions preferred
Good knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities and admission procedures
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
Experience using college and university application portals
Strong counselling and client-management skills
Confident, professional, organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines
Must be comfortable working night shifts
