Job Description – Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to conduct training sessions that enhance students’ communication, interpersonal, and qualified skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Soft Skills training sessions for students.
Conduct Communication Skills training to improve students’ verbal and written communication.
Train students in presentation skills, public speaking, and group discussions.
Conduct sessions on interview skills and workplace etiquette.
Develop students’ confidence, interpersonal skills, and skilled behaviour.
Conduct activities, role plays, and practical exercises to improve learning.
Provide guidance and feedback to students on their performance.
Coordinate with the academic team to plan and schedule training sessions.




Monitor student progress and maintain training-related records.
Support placement and employability development activities.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars related to soft skills and career development.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid presentation and public speaking abilities.
Good understanding of employability and workplace skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
