Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Billing Executive to manage day-to-day billing activities and ensure accurate invoice processing. The ideal candidate should have experience in billing operations and be familiar with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and generate customer invoices accurately.
Verify billing-related documents before processing.
Maintain billing records and ensure timely invoice generation.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth billing operations.
Reconcile invoices and payment records.
Follow up on pending payments when required.
Ensure billing accuracy and proper documentation.




Resolve billing-related queries and discrepancies.
Work on Tally, ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Billing Executive or in a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of billing processes and documentation.
Hands-on experience with Tally, ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
