Hiring: Office Leasing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Office Leasing Manager to drive Grade A office leasing, generate new mandates, manage corporate occupier and landlord relationships, and close leasing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leasing mandates from developers, landlords, corporates, IPCs, and channel partners.
Manage corporate occupier requirements and identify suitable office spaces.
Handle client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive transactions till closure.
Handle Built-to-Suit (BTS) requirements and developer alternate opportunities.
Maintain solid relationships with corporates, developers,



landlords, and brokers.
Track market trends, inventory, rentals, and competition.
Maintain CRM, pipeline, MIS, and achieve leasing revenue targets.

Candidate Profile
8–10 years of experience in Commercial Office Leasing / Corporate Real Estate.
Strong Grade A office leasing and transaction closure experience.
Excellent corporate network and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of commercial lease structures and local market.
Experience with IPCs, developers, or real estate consulting firms preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
