JOB DESCRIPTION – COMPOSITE PRODUCTION & ASSEMBLY ENGINEER

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production & Assembly Engineer with experience in composite manufacturing and assembly processes. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process execution, quality and timely completion of composite products.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day composite production and assembly activities.
Handle FRP/GRP composite components, panels and assemblies.
Ensure proper moulding, trimming, bonding, drilling and finishing processes.
Read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.
Coordinate with Quality, Design and Maintenance teams.
Monitor manpower,



productivity and production targets.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite manufacturing and assembly.
Understanding of hand lay-up, resin application, bonding and finishing processes.
Positive knowledge of engineering drawings and basic measurements.
Production planning and team-handling skills.
Experience in automobile, railway or composite manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
