Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Executive to handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, cancellations, reissues, and other ticketing-related activities. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of airline booking systems and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight bookings and reservations.
Search and provide suitable flight options based on customer requirements.
Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify flight tickets.
Handle ticket refunds and schedule changes as per airline policies.
Check fare rules, baggage allowance, cancellation charges, and applicable penalties.
Coordinate with airlines, GDS providers, and internal teams for ticketing-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and ticket transactions.
Handle customer queries and provide timely support regarding flight bookings.
Monitor flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and rescheduling.
Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.




Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to support customer requirements.
Follow airline policies and company procedures.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Knowledge of fare rules, ticketing, reissue, cancellation, and refund procedures.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer and MS Office skills.
Good coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Candidates with relevant experience in travel agencies, airlines, or ticketing companies are preferred.

Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in air ticketing.
Experience handling both domestic and international bookings will be an advantage.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
