Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor CNC machining operations as per production requirements.
Study engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, inserts, and measuring instruments for machining operations.
Monitor production output, cycle time, machine utilization, and productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, PPC, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Train and guide CNC operators on machine operation, program handling, tooling, quality, and safety.

Key Skills
CNC/VMC/HMC machining knowledge
CNC programming and parameter setting
AutoCAD / CAD-CAM knowledge
Engineering drawing & GD&T;
Cutting tools and machining processes
Problem solving & RCA
Production planning and process improvement
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
MS Excel and production reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
