Floor Quality Controller / Car Service FQC (Dealership/Service Workshop): An inspector on the workshop floor who checks a vehicle after mechanical or collision repairs are finished. They ensure the vehicle is protected and fully repaired before handing it back to the customer.

Responsibilities of a Service FQC
Job Card Verification: They review the mechanic's "Job Card" to verify that every single issue reported by the customer—and any additional work approved—has been fully completed.
Post-Repair Road Testing: They take the vehicle out for a test drive to check engine responsiveness, gear shifting, steering alignment, braking power, and to ensure no unusual noises (squeaks or rattles) remain.
Diagnostic & System Checks:



They connect an OBD-II scanner to transparent any old error codes and ensure no current warning lights (like the Check Engine light) pop up after the test drive.
Safety & Visual Inspection: They double-check critical safety components like wheel nut tightness, fluid levels, tire pressure, and brake pad placement.
Cleanliness & Presentation: They confirm that the mechanic didn't leave grease stains on the steering wheel, seats, or carpets, and that no tools were left inside the car.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
