Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented CRM & Sales Executive to manage client relationships, conduct field visits, attend sales meetings, and generate current business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential customers, and supporting business growth through effective sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to existing and potential clients.
Attend client meetings, sales meetings, and business development discussions.
Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective customers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, proposals, and business inquiries.
Maintain client databases, CRM records, and daily visit reports.
Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Address client queries, coordinate complaint resolution, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Submit daily sales reports,



client visit updates, and follow-up status to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in field sales, CRM, client servicing, or business development will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct client meetings and independently manage field visits.
Robust follow-up, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
New leads generated and converted.
Number of client meetings and field visits conducted.
Sales targets achieved.
Client follow-ups and business closures.
Client satisfaction and relationship management.
Timely submission of daily reports.

Pay: ₹9,929.73 - ₹45,000.00 per month
