Sales & Targets: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for motorcycles, gear, and accessories.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Sales Executives.
Operations: Monitor walk-ins, test rides, leads, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
Customer Care: Handle client queries and resolve complaints to keep customer satisfaction high.
Department Coordination: Work with finance, insurance, registration, and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance (MIS) reports.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
