Prior experience in team leadership, managing sales targets, and developing marketing strategies for industrial or construction products.

Education & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer needs in the pipe/steel sector.app.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Hindi and English
Proficiency with CRM tools, ERP systems, and basic digital marketing platforms
