VACANCY – SITE ENGINEER

Neamath Realty Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to join our construction team.

Location: Palakkad, Kerala

Qualification & Experience
Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience
OR
ITI – Civil/Construction Trade with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site
Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor material requirements and usage
Check measurements and maintain site records
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project management
Ensure proper progress and timely completion of assigned works




Maintain safety and housekeeping at the site

Preferred Skills
Valuable knowledge of residential construction
Ability to manage labour efficiently
Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
Positive communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work at construction sites
