Job Responsibilities
Generate current business leads through calls, messages, references, and other channels.
Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
Explain company services and solutions to prospective clients.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities and achieve assigned targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Conduct field/client meetings whenever required.
Maintain regular updates and reports on leads, follow-ups, and conversions.





Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Sales and business development mindset.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with both online communication and field visits when required.
Valuable knowledge of basic MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.
