About the Role

ITGURUJI is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller / Admission Counsellor to handle student enquiries, provide course information, generate counselling visits, and support admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle online, offline, walk-in, and WhatsApp enquiries.
Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other sources.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain courses, fees, batches, and career prospects.
Schedule counselling sessions and centre visits.
Follow up with prospects until closure.
Maintain lead status and follow-up records in CRM/Excel/ERP.
Coordinate with the counselling and admission team.

Performance Expectations
Minimum 50 professional calls per day.
Focus on quality conversations and conversions, not just call volume.




Generate counselling appointments and centre visits.
Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate lead records.
Contribute towards admission conversions.

Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Marathi/Gujarati will be an added advantage.
Confident, polite, and persuasive communication.
Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and computer operations.
Target-oriented and result-focused attitude.
Experience in Education, Telecalling, Admission Counselling, Inside Sales, or Sales will be preferred.

Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
