JOB DESCRIPTION – QUALITY PDI ENGINEER

Job Summary:
Responsible for final quality inspection and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of composite products, ensuring compliance with drawings, customer specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct final inspection and PDI of composite products before dispatch.
Inspect dimensions, surface finish, fitment, assembly and workmanship.
Verify products against drawings, specifications and inspection standards.
Identify and document defects/non-conformities.
Coordinate with Production for corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain inspection reports,



check sheets and quality records.
Ensure customer-specific quality requirements are fulfilled before dispatch.
Support customer inspection and final product clearance.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of FRP/GRP composite products and manufacturing processes.
Valuable understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and measuring instruments.
Experience in final inspection/PDI in manufacturing.
Positive documentation, analytical and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
