Job Description – Receptionist (Water Factory)

Position: Receptionist
Industry: Water Manufacturing / Water Factory
Location: THODUPPUZHA

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, customers, and suppliers.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Manage front-desk activities and maintain visitor records.
Receive and respond to customer enquiries regarding products and orders.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and delivery teams.
Maintain basic office records, documents, and files.
Handle emails, WhatsApp messages, and other office communications.
Prepare basic reports and maintain daily records.
Assist with billing, invoices, and other administrative tasks when required.




Ensure the reception and front-office area is neat and organized.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.
Malayalam and English communication skills required.
Previous receptionist or office experience is preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Pleasant personality and skilled attitude.
Ability to coordinate with different departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
