We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage overall branch operations, business development, customer service, compliance, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations, KYC, compliance, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Lead, train, and manage branch staff.
Acquire current customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
Drive customer service, cross-selling, and business growth.
Monitor branch P&L;, operational risks, and process quality.
Ensure proper process implementation and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Gold Loan or Forex.
Robust knowledge of Gold Loan/Forex products and market.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
