Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Assistant to support our academic team in preparing, editing, and maintaining digital academic content. The role will primarily involve PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) editing, study material preparation, and class video editing. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Class Video Editing
Edit recorded class videos for online learning purposes.
Trim unwanted portions and arrange video content appropriately.
Add basic titles, text, logos, and other required elements.
Ensure proper audio and video quality.
Make corrections and revisions based on faculty requirements.
Prepare and organize edited videos for uploading to the learning platform.
PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) Editing
Edit and format PowerPoint Presentations as per academic and branding standards.
Ensure proper alignment, formatting, consistency, and accuracy.
Make updates and corrections based on faculty inputs.




Ensure PPTs are properly structured and ready for classes or student use.
Study Material Preparation
Compile, format, and organize study materials for students.
Ensure proper formatting, clarity, and consistency of academic documents.
Coordinate with faculty members for content updates and revisions.
Maintain and organize academic files and study materials.

Qualifications
Education: Any Degree
Basic knowledge of computer
