Job Title: Retail Sales Officer (RSO)

Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and provide personalized product recommendations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
Explain jewellery designs, gold/diamond specifications, pricing, offers, and product perks.
Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Handle customer queries and ensure a premium customer experience.
Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well-presented.
Follow company policies related to billing, inventory, security, and customer service.
Support stock checking, product movement, and daily store operations.
Maintain customer records and follow up with leads for potential sales.




Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to achieve store objectives.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in jewellery/fashion/luxury retail sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Customer-focused, confident, and well-groomed personality.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery pricing.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a retail workplace.
Graduate/12th pass preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
