Job Description -
Prepare, review, and update SDS/MSDS for company products.
Collect, verify, and maintain chemical, microbiological, toxicological, physical, and regulatory data.
Prepare and maintain TDS, specifications, COA-related information, and product dossiers.
Review and complete customer/vendor questionnaires (VQ) in coordination with relevant departments.
Provide QA support for technical documents, specifications, certificates, and customer audits.
Support Regulatory Affairs activities related to REACH, GHS, SVHC, CLP, and other regulatory declarations.
Conduct technical and regulatory research using reliable databases and official sources.
Prepare technical and regulatory responses to customer queries.
Support documentation for REACH, HALAL, KOSHER, COSMOS/ECOCERT, RSPO,



and other certifications.
Maintain product-wise regulatory master data and controlled documentation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across SDS, TDS, COA, specifications, and other product documents.
Coordinate with QA, QC, R&D;, Production, EHS, Sales & Marketing for technical and regulatory requirements.
Support customer audits, regulatory submissions, and compliance documentation.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
