Marketing Head

Location: BIM Cafe Learning Hub, Kochi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Experience in Business Development / Marketing

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the BDA team and monitor daily performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, BDA reviews, and performance discussions.
Prepare and present monthly performance and marketing reports to management.
Manage and assign leads to the team and ensure proper follow-up.
Handle student enquiries and maintain strong relationships with students.
Develop and implement new marketing and business development ideas.
Plan and coordinate marketing activities and events.
Monitor team targets, conversions, and overall business development activities.
Support the team in achieving monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive leadership and team management abilities.
Professional, active, confident, and result-oriented.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
