Role description

UST is looking for Solid expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Experience: 10+ years in Java development with 3+ years in Technical Lead role.
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, performing architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentoring engineers.
Drive system design discussions covering performance, scalability, security, reliability, and cloud-native best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Own application quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis,



and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
Guide integration efforts with databases, messaging platforms, and third-party applications while ensuring optimal performance.
