Position: Recruiter Intern

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment and an opportunity to work on live hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the TA team in meeting hiring targets and timelines.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.




Requirements
Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable sourcing and networking abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
