Key Responsibilities:
Provide quality patient care as per hospital protocols
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and clinical condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare specialists
Follow infection control and patient safety practices
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards
