Area Sales Manager – Kerala
Location: Kochi, Kerala | Industry: FMCG / Confectionery
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets.
Manage distributors, dealers, and retail outlets.
Lead and monitor the sales team.
Expand market coverage and develop recent business.
Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.
Monitor sales, collections, stock, and team performance.
Ensure timely reporting through FieldAssist.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in FMCG/Confectionery sales.
Robust knowledge of the Kerala market and distributor network.
Team handling and negotiation skills.
Malayalam communication is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
