Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic Voice Sales Team Lead to manage and motivate a team of telesales executives handling domestic customers. The candidate should be fluent in Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi and have strong experience in sales, team handling, customer communication, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of domestic voice sales executives.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct daily team briefings and communicate sales targets and priorities.
Monitor agent calls and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Support team members with customer objections and difficult calls.
Track individual and team performance using sales KPIs.
Improve conversion rates, productivity, and call quality.
Conduct regular role plays, coaching sessions, and refresher training.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to call flow, sales processes, and company policies.




Coordinate with the Sales Manager, Trainer, and Quality Team.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Handle escalations and ensure a positive customer experience.
Motivate the team through regular feedback, recognition, and performance reviews.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Domestic Voice Sales / Telesales / Telecalling.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Team Leader / Team Handling role preferred.
Excellent spoken Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
Positive working knowledge of English.
Robust sales and customer-handling skills.
Proven ability to manage sales targets and team performance.
Positive knowledge of objection handling and closing techniques.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
