Job Purpose

To supervise, coordinate, and monitor the erection and installation activities of Pre-

Engineered Building (PEB) structures at site, ensuring work is executed safely, as per

approved drawings, quality standards, project specifications, and scheduled timelines.

Site Execution & Supervision

 Supervise day-to-day PEB erection activities including structural steel, roofing, cladding,

flashings, gutters, downpipes, louvers, canopies, and accessories.

 Ensure erection is carried out as per approved GFC drawings, method statements, and

project specifications.

 Monitor manpower, equipment, and material utilization at site.

 Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and client representatives for smooth

execution.

Planning & Progress Monitoring

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.

 Develop look-ahead schedules and monitor progress against planned targets.

 Identify site constraints and proactively resolve execution issues.

 Submit daily progress reports (DPR), weekly reports, and productivity reports.

Quality Control





 Ensure all installation activities comply with approved drawings and quality standards.

 Conduct inspections of erected steel structures, roofing, cladding, and finishing works.

 Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and closure of observations.

 Maintain quality records and inspection reports.

Site Coordination

 Coordinate with Civil, MEP, and other agencies to ensure availability of fronts for

erection.

 Verify civil readiness including anchor bolt positions, pedestal levels, and explicit work

fronts before erection.

 Attend site meetings and provide technical support to stakeholders.

Safety Management

 Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.

 Conduct toolbox talks and promote protected working practices.

 Monitor usage of PPE and protected work procedures during erection activities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
