Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage daily store operations, sales, inventory, staff, customer service, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations.
Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Supervise and manage store staff.
Allocate duties and monitor employee performance.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain proper inventory and stock records.
Monitor stock receiving, display, and replenishment.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
Monitor billing and cash-handling activities.




Prepare daily and periodic sales reports.
Coordinate with management regarding store requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
