About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.
Supervise and motivate service and kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
Assist in achieving sales targets and controlling operational costs.
Train and develop team members to enhance service quality.
Requirements




Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-outlet restaurant operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
