Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process. You will find, screen, and bring top talent to our company. You will also work closely with team managers to understand their hiring goals.Key Responsibilities
Post job openings on job boards like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
Source active and passive candidates through online databases, qualified networks, and referrals.
Screen incoming resumes and applications to match job requirements.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to check candidate skills and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage salary discussions and guide candidates through the offer process.
Support new hire onboarding and document collection.




Maintain clean and updated records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as 5 years an HR Recruiter.
Hands-on experience using job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
