Reporting To: Sales / Operations Manager

Job Purpose
Manage sales orders from billing and software top-up to packing and dispatch.
Ensure accurate and timely coordination between Sales, Accounts and Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales bills/invoices accurately.
Handle software top-ups, activations and records.
Maintain knowledge of hardware products, models and specifications.
Coordinate order execution and stock availability with the sales/warehouse team.
Manage packing, documentation and dispatch of orders.

Required Skills
Basic ERP/software and MS Excel knowledge.
Valuable understanding of hardware products.
Strong coordination, follow-up and attention to detail.
Positive communication and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
