Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to handle overall plant maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Handle mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Supervise and manage the maintenance team.
Reduce machine downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Plan maintenance schedules and maintain records.
Manage spare parts, tools and maintenance vendors.
Coordinate with Production and other departments.
Ensure safety and maintenance standards are followed.

Requirements:
8+ years of relevant maintenance experience.




Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance.
Positive knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Solid team management and troubleshooting skills.
