Position: Junior Engineer / Valuation Executive

Industry: Real Estate - Property Valuation

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our Property Valuation Team at Vashi.

Qualification:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
Freshers are welcome
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in VALUATION FIELD are preferred

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of valuation reports (Bank Format)
Collection and verification of property documents
Market/rate analysis & Ready Reckoner check
Coordination with clients, banks and financial institutions
Assisting senior valuers in valuation assignments & Site Visits

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering & Valuation
Valuable communication skills




Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn & do field work

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai - Work From Office

Salary: ₹1,80,000 CTC Per Annum (₹15,000 Per Month) - For Fresher Candidates

[Note: Salary will be revised as per experience & capability for experienced candidates]
