Job Title: Design Engineer / Draftsman

Job Description:
We are looking for a Design Engineer / Draftsman to support our senior design engineering team in preparing accurate 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models for automation machinery and equipment.

The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for converting 3D parts and assemblies into detailed 2D drawings with proper GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing details.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert 3D models/parts into detailed 2D manufacturing drawings.
Prepare drawings with proper dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T.;
Understand manufacturing requirements such as machining, fabrication, laser cutting, bending, etc.
Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and drawing revisions.
Coordinate with senior design engineers to clarify design and drawing requirements.




Ensure drawings are accurate and suitable for manufacturing.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
Understanding of 2D drafting and engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of GD&T;, tolerances, fits, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and understand 3D models and mechanical drawings.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:
2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Freshers are also welcome to apply if they have valuable knowledge of mechanical drafting and CAD.

About the Role:

Our senior design engineers develop the 3D models and machine designs. This position will focus primarily on 2D drafting and detailing, helping the design team reduce drafting workload and improve drawing turnaround time.
