About the Role

Femora India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a performance-driven Ads / PPC Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce and digital platforms, with a focus on driving online sales and improving ROAS.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, and ad performance.
Monitor key metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
Analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Monitor competitor activity, search terms, and marketplace opportunities.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
Conduct basic A/B testing of ads, creatives, keywords, and targeting.
Coordinate with E-commerce, Design, Content, and Sales teams.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly PPC performance reports and share actionable insights.
Support advertising campaigns during marketplace promotions and sales events.

Required Skills




Valuable understanding of PPC / Performance Marketing.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate.
Positive attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with budgets and performance targets.
Amazon PPC experience will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in PPC, Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, or E-commerce Advertising.
Freshers with relevant certifications/internships may also be considered.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 CTC, depending on experience and skills.
