Install, troubleshoot, repair and carry out preventive maintenance of PSG printers, laser printers, multifunction printers (MFPs) and photocopiers at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printer hardware and MFP devices.
Configure MFPs on LAN networks and standalone PCs, and provide basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
Demonstrate black & white and colour MFPs to customers whenever required.
Provide prompt technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams and senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers through timely and effective service.
