Position: Design Experience-Centre Manager (DEM) for a Research & Design Led Studio at Hyderabad
Gender: Male/Female
Salary: 5 Lac per annum CTC + Annual Performance Incentive up to 20% of CTC
Experience: 2–3 Years (Design / Experience Centre, client facing background preferred)
Location: Experience Centre located at Telangana Craft Council, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Job Summary,
Receive all inbound queries, nurture them through sales-consultation and lead them to Order Closure while ensuring perfect Experience Centre health. This is a sales quota bearing role which will require strict digital reporting discipline.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage all inbound customer queries across phone, email, and walk-in visitors.
● Understand interior design requirements of individuals/corporates,
develop/communicate design concepts with the help of Design Team and lead client interaction until order closure.
● Maintain the experience centre and ensure all display items and mock-ups are in pristine condition.
● Coordinate daily operations to ensure a pleasant visitor experience.
Who We are looking for
● Male/Female candidate with 2–4 years of experience in interior design showroom/client facing design sales/consultation roles.
● Positive communication skills in English, Hindi and possibly Telugu with a flair for presenting design concepts.
● Customer-first mind set to nurture enquiries into project orders with the help of design team.
● Uphold standards of presentation and professionalism as the Face of the company.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
