Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement/Purchase Executive with hands-on experience in Hardware & Electronics / Manufacturing procurement, especially in sourcing raw materials and electronic components.

Key Responsibilities
Direct procurement of hardware, electronic components, and raw materials.
Source, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
Handle price negotiation and cost optimization.
Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with inventory, production, and accounts teams.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement MIS.

Requirements




Minimum 1 years of relevant procurement experience.
Must have experience in Hardware & Electronics or Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, RFQs, quotations, and PO cycle.
Positive Excel and basic ERP/Tally knowledge.
Candidates from unrelated industries will not be preferred.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per year
