Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and maintain solid client relationships.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team.
Manage customer meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
Prepare sales reports and ensure timely achievement of targets.
Required Skills
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven experience in sales and business development.
Good knowledge of market development and customer relationship management.
