Hospital: 30-Bedded ENT & IVF Speciality Hospital
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant qualification
Key Responsibilities
Collect blood and other clinical samples from OP, IP and other patient areas.
Perform venipuncture and sample collection accurately and safely.
Ensure proper patient identification, labeling and handling of specimens.
Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management protocols.
Maintain sample collection records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
Handle patients professionally and provide a comfortable sample collection experience.
Work in rotational shifts as required.
Skills: Valuable communication, patient-handling skills, attention to detail and basic knowledge of laboratory procedures.
Immediate joiners preferred.
