Key Responsibilities
Develop textile designs, prints, motifs, patterns, and colour combinations.
Create artwork and repeats using CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
Develop designs based on customer specifications and market trends.
Prepare design concepts and samples for customer approval.
Modify designs based on customer feedback.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Sampling, Production, and Quality teams.
Maintain records of approved designs, artwork, colour references, and samples.
Support current product and collection development.
Ensure designs meet required quality standards and deadlines.
Conduct research on current textile, home furnishing, and colour trends.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of textile design and pattern development.
Proficiency in CorelDRAW / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
Robust understanding of colours, motifs, repeats, and prints.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work within deadlines.

Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design
