Field Sales Engineer – Ajax

Location: Karaikal, Puducherry
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales / automobile / construction equipment / machinery sales

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through field visits and market development.
Promote and demonstrate Ajax products to customers.
Build relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and customers.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Monitor market and competitor activities.
Coordinate with service teams for customer support.
Maintain customer records and submit field visit reports.

Requirements:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, or relevant field.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field sales.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
