Job Title: Legal Advocate

Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Legal Advocate to handle the company’s legal matters, documentation, notices, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and represent the company in legal matters, cases, and proceedings.
Draft legal notices, replies, agreements, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to the management on company-related matters.
Review contracts, agreements, tenders, and other legal documents.
Coordinate with courts, government departments, lawyers, and other legal authorities.
Maintain proper records of cases, notices, legal documents, and proceedings.
Monitor ongoing cases and ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
Identify potential legal risks and advise management accordingly.
Prepare and review replies to legal notices received by the company.
Perform other legal duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility & Requirements:




LL.B./LL.M. from a recognized university.
Must be registered with the Bar Council.
AIBE (All India Bar Examination) cleared and eligible to practice.
Good knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures.
Strong drafting and documentation skills.
Ability to draft legal notices, replies, agreements, and other legal documents.
Positive communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Relevant experience in corporate, civil, contractual, or commercial matters will be preferred.
