SCHOOL PRINCIPAL – JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Principal

Age: 40+ Years

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Employment: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Provide strong academic and administrative leadership to the school.
Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school objectives.
Supervise and guide teachers and support staff. - Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and discipline.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and management.
Conduct staff meetings, academic reviews, and teacher evaluations.
Ensure a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Manage school operations, timetables, examinations, and activities.
Encourage professional development and training for teachers.
Maintain effective communication with school management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements -
Master's degree with B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.




Minimum 8–10 years of teaching/academic experience.
Previous experience in a Principal / Vice Principal / Academic Coordinator role preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Valuable knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/State Board academic systems.
Ability to lead a team and manage school operations effectively.
