About the role

Ezage is an AI-native marketing and GTM execution company based in Kolkata, working with founders and businesses across sectors on growth, content, and go-to-market strategy. We're hiring an experienced GTM Strategist & Marketing Execution Manager to own go-to-market planning end-to-end and drive it into execution across our client engagements and internal brand.

This is a hands-on role: you'll design GTM strategy, translate it into campaigns and content, and personally drive execution across channels rather than just advising from the sidelines.

Key responsibilities
Own go-to-market strategy for client accounts and internal initiatives: positioning, messaging, channel mix, and launch plans
Translate strategy into executable marketing plans and calendars, and drive execution across content, social, paid, and outbound channels
Run campaigns end-to-end: briefing creative, coordinating with designers/writers, tracking performance, and iterating based on data
Build and manage GTM playbooks for client onboarding and recent product/service launches
Track and report on pipeline, funnel metrics,



and campaign ROI to clients and internal leadership
Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to align GTM execution with business goals

What we're looking for
3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, growth marketing, or marketing execution roles (agency or startup experience preferred)
Proven track record of taking a GTM strategy from plan to execution and measurable results
Robust understanding of digital marketing channels: content, social, paid ads, and outbound/sales enablement
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, founder-led environment with high ownership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience tracking campaign and funnel metrics

Compensation: INR 20,000-30,000 per month, based on experience.

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (in-person)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
