Reporting To: Medical Superintendent / Hospital Management

Job Summary

Responsible for assessing and providing speech, language, communication, fluency, and feeding/swallowing therapy to children with developmental and communication difficulties.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assess children for speech, language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans.
Provide therapy for speech delay, articulation disorders, stammering, language delay, and communication difficulties.
Support children with autism, developmental disorders, neurological conditions, and other pediatric conditions.
Monitor and document the child's progress and modify therapy plans as required.
Educate parents/caregivers regarding home-based speech and language activities.
Coordinate with Pediatricians,



Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and other healthcare specialists.
Maintain accurate patient records, assessment reports, and therapy documentation.
Follow hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and patient-safety guidelines.

Qualification

BASLP (Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) from a recognized institution. MASLP/M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology will be preferred.

Experience

Freshers may be considered. 1–2 years of pediatric clinical experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,151.99 - ₹47,490.46 per month
