About the Role

We are looking for an MBA Fresher to join our Corporate Finance Department as a Business Development & Marketing Executive. The role focuses on lead generation, market research, client communication and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and identify potential business leads through various channels.
Conduct market research and collect primary data to identify potential opportunities.
Build and maintain skilled networks with prospective clients.
Handle direct client communication to explain our offerings and address queries.
Send skilled emails and follow-ups to potential clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with leads for conversion.
Research companies and identify potential business opportunities.




Develop a basic understanding of Corporate Finance, Equity and IPOs to support business development activities.
Maintain lead and client interaction records and coordinate with the Corporate Finance team.

Requirements
MBA Fresher with an interest in Business Development, Marketing and Finance.
Basic knowledge of Corporate Finance, Equity and IPOs.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Good market research and networking skills.
Comfortable with client communication, email communication and follow-ups.
Proactive, target-oriented and willing to learn.
