We are looking for an experienced Construction Site Supervisor and Building Maintenance Engineer to manage construction, repair, renovation, and building-maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Supervise civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other site works.
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, vendors, and maintenance teams.
Monitor work progress, quality, safety, and material usage.
Read drawings and ensure work follows approved specifications.
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of building systems, DG sets, UPS, HVAC, pumps, lifts, and fire-fighting equipment.
Attend to maintenance complaints, faults, leakages, and emergencies.
Manage AMC contractors and verify service reports, measurements, and invoices.
Prepare estimates, BOQs, material requests, maintenance schedules, and daily reports.
Maintain safety procedures, site records, inspection reports, and asset registers.
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and handover.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or degree in Civil,



Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management.
3–8 years of relevant construction or building-maintenance experience.
Valuable knowledge of civil works and MEP systems.
Ability to read technical drawings and prepare basic estimates and reports.
Experience in contractor, vendor, and AMC management.
Knowledge of safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Basic knowledge of MS Office; AutoCAD or facility-management software is an advantage.
Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and attend emergencies when required.

Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, data centers, offices, hotels, hospitals, or infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
